Prearrangement Process

3 Step Process for Prearranging our Services

Step 1: Information - We will take all of the information that we need to complete the documentation, as well as what will be required at the time of need. We can either accept this over the phone, in person, or we can forward you the necessary information.

Step 2: Documentation - After deciding on the services that you wish to prearrange, we will send you two copies of our contract in the mail with the form required to open your trust or insurance account. You can sign all of the documents and mail them back to us with your payment for the services. You will retain your signed copy of the contract for your records.

Step 3: Trust or Insurance Account - We will then deposit your payment into trust with Assurant Life of Canada or another Canadian financial institution within 5 business days, and you will receive confirmation of the deposit within 10 business days.
